Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by ElectivesOneStopShop Ltd. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring they meet their university's elective requirements, including obtaining any required visas, travel documents and insurance where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any costs already incurred with third-party providers.

While we work to provide a high-quality service, ElectivesOneStopShop Ltd is not responsible for decisions made by host institutions, visa refusals, travel disruptions or services provided by third parties, except where required by law.
